Its own register page blocks automated access, but a third-party mirror lists every business by name, licence type and ward, and individual operator pages on the same site go further for some, giving a licence number, star rating and expiry date sourced from the council's own record. Only one of Southampton's seven New Forest-licensed businesses, Homely Dogs in Hythe, currently shows a council-confirmed star rating this way (4 stars, licence 1397/1, expires 27 October 2026); Copied Hall Kennels and Forest Farm Dog Care have a confirmed licence number but no star rating on record, and the remaining four have neither a number nor a rating independently confirmed.
