Dog boarding and day care prices in Poole and Wimborne
Prices are as the businesses published them when we last checked (September 2026). They can change without notice, so confirm them when you book.
Nine dog boarders and day cares are listed for Poole and Wimborne, and only three of them publish a price on their own site: Celine's Canines, The Dog Nook at Cranbrook and Walk-Ease. All nine are home boarders, taking dogs into their own homes rather than running kennels or a dedicated day-care site, so the figures below are a floor for what boarding and day care cost locally, not a full price list for the area.

Overnight boarding
Two businesses publish an overnight figure, and neither is directly comparable with a kennel price since both are home boarders: Celine's Canines charges £40 for 24 hours (8am to 8am), and The Dog Nook at Cranbrook charges £44 for up to 24 hours. Walk-Ease prices home boarding by the day of the week rather than a flat rate: £36 on a weekday and £41 at a weekend. Ask exactly what each price includes, and how the first and last day of a stay are counted, before comparing them.
Day care
Only two of the nine businesses publish a day-care price. Celine's Canines charges £30 for a day of doggy day care between 8am and 6pm. The Dog Nook at Cranbrook prices a half day, up to five hours, at £16.50, and a full day, up to ten hours, at £27.50, and offers a free familiarisation session of up to two hours before a dog's first paid stay.
Dog walking as an add-on
Walk-Ease, a home boarder in Canford Heath & Broadstone, also publishes separate dog-walking prices: £11 for a solo 30-minute walk, £15 an hour for a group walk of up to four dogs, and £21 an hour for an individual walk. These are not boarding prices, but they show what a stand-alone walk costs from a business that also boards dogs overnight.
Everyone else
The other six home boarders listed for Poole and Wimborne do not publish a price. This is normal for this niche: a home boarder usually prices around the length of stay, the number of dogs from the same household, and how far they need to travel, so have your dates and dog's details ready when you call. None of the prices above include extras that often apply elsewhere: bank holidays, collection, or a second dog from a different household are commonly charged on top, so confirm the final total before booking.
