Its register can be checked business by business through animal-licensing.uk, a third-party mirror of the council's own list, which gives a licence number and, for these six businesses, an expiry date running out to between March 2027 and March 2029. That mirror is not the council's own page, so the star rating it separately displays for these operators is not shown on this site; ask to see the licence certificate directly if the star figure matters to your decision.
Huntingdonshire District Council: district-wide, no per-operator link
Yaxley and Chesterton sit inside Huntingdonshire District Council's area. Its register is also reachable through animal-licensing.uk, but as one district-wide table rather than per-operator pages, so a licence number is only confirmed for two of the three businesses here, FurBuddy Pet Services and Dixans Boarding Kennels & Cattery, and no expiry date or star rating is shown for any of the three.
Why no star score appears on this page
England's licensing regulations allow a 1-to-5 star inspection score, and all three of Peterborough's councils do assess and issue one as part of the licence. This directory shows a council star score only where it can read it directly from a council's own register page, and for Peterborough that direct read was not possible for any of the three councils involved — a limit of the sources reachable here, not a claim that Peterborough's licensed boarders have no star score at all, and a different thing entirely from a customer review.
