Home boarding
Relax & Paws and The Dog Den, both home boarders, charge the same headline rate for an overnight stay: £35. Glambullz Boarding, which runs boarding kennels near Meltham but also offers a home-boarding-style option, charges £25 a day for one dog or £45 a day for two, on top of a one-off registration fee of £25 for one dog or £35 for two. None of these figures are directly comparable without knowing what each includes, so ask what a night covers, and how the first and last day of a stay are counted, before comparing two prices.
Day care
Only The Dog Den publishes a day care price: £25 a day, alongside its overnight boarding and a £35 overnight trial stay for a dog that has not stayed before. No other Huddersfield business listed here prices day care on its own site.
Walking as an add-on
Relax & Paws also publishes separate dog-walking prices alongside its boarding: £20 for a 45-minute solo walk, £15 for a 45-minute pack walk, and £13 for a 20-minute home visit. These are not boarding prices, but they show what a stand-alone walk or visit costs from a business that also boards dogs overnight.
Everyone else
