Petties Paws is a family business at Moorlands Farm, Fewston, about eight miles west of Harrogate towards Skipton, run by Howard and Andrea Barker since 1998, with their children now working full time in the kennels. It boards both dogs and cats, and offers day care alongside overnight boarding, with individual walks in grassed paddocks. Published prices start at £28 a day for one dog, rising with extra dogs from the same household, and day care from £18 a dog. North Yorkshire Council licenses the business for dog and cat boarding.
