Dog boarding and day care prices in Bracknell and Crowthorne
Prices are as the businesses published them when we last checked (September 2026). They can change without notice, so confirm them when you book.
Fourteen dog boarders, day cares and kennels are listed for Bracknell and Crowthorne, and not one of them currently publishes a price on its own site, Facebook page or elsewhere online. This is not unusual for home boarding in particular — twelve of the fourteen listings here are home boarders, who typically quote once they know your dog and your dates rather than posting a rate card — but it does mean this guide cannot give a price list the way some towns' guides can. What follows is what is known to affect the price locally, and the questions worth putting to a business directly.
Why there is no price list here
Of the fourteen listings, twelve are home boarders (Berkshire Canine Company, 4 Paws and Pals, The Little Pup Lodge, Poochies Palace, Active Paws, Amy's Animal Allsorts, Tails on Trails and Bravo Dog Training in the Bracknell area; Katy's K9s in Crowthorne; The Dog Boss, Happy Dogz and Catz and Claire's Canines in Sandhurst and Yateley), and the remaining two run from a premises: Ryslip Group Ltd, a boarding kennels and cattery near Binfield, and Hot Dogs Grooming and Doggy Day Care, a day care and grooming business in Warfield. None of the fourteen has a published rate for boarding, day care or grooming at the time of this research, so no figure is invented here to fill the gap.
What usually affects the price
- The size of the dog and the length of the stay: a small dog for one night and a large dog for a fortnight are rarely priced the same.
- Whether it is home boarding, day care or a kennels stay: a home boarder's rate covers your dog living in their house; a kennels rate covers a dedicated run; a day care rate covers a single day rather than a night.
- Bank holidays, collection and a second dog from a different household are commonly charged on top of the base rate elsewhere in this niche, though none of the Bracknell and Crowthorne listings confirm this in writing.
Questions to ask when you call
- What is your rate for one night, or one day, for a dog my size?
- Does the rate change for a longer stay, or for a second dog from my household?
- Is there a higher rate over a bank holiday or the school holidays?
- Is collection or drop-off included, or charged separately?
- Is a deposit required, and what is the cancellation policy?
