Before you book

Other businesses here work stay by stay; confirm which applies before your first visit.
What to pack
Bring your dog's usual food to avoid an upset stomach from a sudden change, plus any medication in its original packaging with clear instructions. Ask whether your dog's own bed or a familiar toy is welcome; a home-based setup often has more room for this than a franchise carer you have not yet met.
Handover, training and collection
A good handover covers feeding times, walk routine, any anxieties your dog has, and what happens if it needs a vet while in the business's care, including who decides and who pays.
